Day 3

Day 3 is over, and I have to say, there were a lot of amazing looks at the video games of the next couple of years. From the surprise announcement and instant E3 hit Watch Dogs to the ever-popular Splinter Cell series bringing out their latest installment, Day 3 of E3 2012 was a big hit. However, out of all those games, there was one that stood out among all the others, and that was Darksiders II. Following in the footsteps of the first game, Darksiders II follows Death, the brother of War and one of the four horseman. Looking for War, who is imprisoned when the game begins, Death seeks out answers to why his brother was set up and what caused the apocalypse to be unleashed. Full of bloody violence, intense action, and an artistic visual representation that is truly haunting, this game was one of the best stand outs for day 3. With the release date rapidly approaching with an August release, this was Day 3’s best game at E3 2012.

We will be back again tomorrow afternoon for the final day of E3. See you all then!
