This book started as notes for myself. After studying and practicing different aspects of healthy living for the past 20 years, I realized an apparent gap in the teachings of all those topics; this book highlights that gap and an underlying connection among different principles.

His research, personal experiences, and thoughtful interactions in the spiritual realm have guided Manish to understand the deeper meaning of faith, mysticism, career and ambition, healthy mind and body, family, and even materialism. He understands that a fulfilling life consists of finding a balance between various facets of life and integrating these diverse concepts to become a more wholesome individual.
What began as personal notes of inspiration on his journey to becoming a better person today than he was yesterday, Manish has provided a resource full of concepts to assist the reader on a path to greater learning and deeper understanding.
