Well, as if the news that Ben Affleck would be playing Batman isn’t awesome enough, reports are circulating that a deal has been struck with Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston to play Lex Luthor in the Man of Steel sequel. On top of this news, it is being reported that Cranston will be portraying Lex Luthor in at least six films, and that Affleck will portray Batman in thirteen films. This is amazing news that we hope will be officially declared by the studios and the actors reps soon. Having portrayed the demeanor Walter White turned drug kingpin Heisenberg on Breaking Bad, Cranston is perfect for the role, and we hope to see what else this film will produce. Who will join Luthor in fighting the Dark Knight and Man of Steel? Joker? Brainiac? Will Luthor be enough to handle both heroes? Only time will tell …
