Video Game Review: Assassins Creed 3

     The end has arrived for Desmond Miles. Fans of the Assassins Creed series have been waiting for years to see how the world would be saved by the modern day assassin himself. Born into a family of assassins, Desmond Miles was abducted by the assassins enemies, the Templar order, now called Abstergo industries. After escaping and reliving the memories of his ancestors from across the centuries thanks to the machine known as the Animus, Desmond has been reunited with his father, Warren Miles, and they along with their team must go in search of the lost temple of the First Civilization in order to prevent the end of the world.

     In Assassins Creed 3, fans will get to experience the end of Desmond’s story, as well as the new story of Conner, a half-British, half-Mohawk assassin who goes on a mission to find justice against the Templar order who burned down his village and killed his mother. Set during the time of the Revolutionary War, Conner must hunt down and bring justice to the innocent civilians who are tormented by the war between the colonists and the British, while fighting the Templars.

     The gameplay in the latest Assassins Creed game has improved greatly. Between the more fluid, fast-paced movements of your character, to the in-depth detail to historical events, places, and figures, and the amazing, graphics that made you feel like you were in the middle of those famous battles, this game has soared above and beyond the other games in the series, and has delivered one of the most cinematic, emotional, action-packed experiences in the video-game industry this year. Whether you are a history buff, a gamer, or just a fan of taking down the bad guys, Assassins Creed 3 is a must have this year, and recieves a 10 out of 10 rating.
